Judge: It should be 4

Politician: Will make it 4

PriceWaterhouse: Tell us, what you want it to be?

I guess the credibility of Price WaterHouse has come down really badly after the Satyam Scandal.

@prateek: not only that, you know how it works dude. Like any part of the world, India has its share of lawyers who lie and deceive, marketers and salesmen who undertake unethical strategies, and politicians (no need to speak about them)
